A SCARA robot and a two-axis robot which we produced, driven by two vision systems, extract the parts from a modular loader, line them up accurately to each other, apply a layer of adhesive and attach them to the chart. Charts are loaded/unloaded automatically and are synchronised with the robot for maximum processing speed. The system guarantees the application of predetermined colours in the position programmed, automatically rejecting any incorrect pieces present in the loader.
